Georgios E. Louloudis Short Bio Dr. Georgios Louloudis was born in 1979 in Athens, Greece. He received his Bachelor in Informatics and Telecommunications in 2000, his Master’s degree in Signal Processing for Telecommunications and Multimedia and his Ph.D. degree in Character Recognition in Historical Documents from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Currently, he is working at the Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications of the National Center for Scientific Research "Demokritos", Athens, Greece at the field  of handwritten historical  document  image  processing  and participates  at the  EU funded project  "IMPACT". His main research interests are in Pattern Recognition, Image Processing, Document Image Analysis and Processing of Historical Documents.
