Welcome,
I was born in Athens-Greece,
in 1976. I studied Mathematics at the
University of the Aegean for four years. In
2001, I was admitted to the degree of Master of Science in the Faculty of
Science and Engineering of the University of
Edinburgh in
Artificial Intelligence. My MSc thesis was entitled: "Designing
and Implementing a Rough Set-Aided Web Site Classification Utility".
I did my PhD under the supervision of Dr. George Vouros at the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering of the University of the Aegean in collaboration with the Institute of Informatics & Telecommunications (Software & Knowledge Engineering Laboratory) of the National Center of Scientific Research "Demokritos". My PhD thesis entitled "Ontology Population in the context of Ontology Maintenance".
Currently, I am founder of livinData Technologies which develops the Styledropper.com: A platform which combines a Fashion Social Network, online Shopping, and Fashion Blogs. The platform is being developed using state-of-the-art technologies (including semantic web technologies, machine learning ... ).
