All registered participants are required to submit one executable:

SkewEstimation arg1 arg2
arg1: Input binary image
arg2: Text file containing the skew estimation1 for the input image (a float numeric value)
1 The skew is regarded to be positive when the document image is rotated anticlockwise and negative when it is rotated clockwise
